We understand that kids shoes come in many sizes, shapes, widths, and fit types. Plus, children's feet are growing and changing constantly, so we strive to make the purchase process with us as easy and convenient as possible by providing inner sole measurements of every shoe size in every style we offer. You can compare these measurements to your child's current foot size simply by measuring his/her foot while in a standing position using a ruler or measuring tape and then add about 1/4 inch for comfort room to determine the right size to select for your child.
When you receive your order, promptly check your item(s) for fit and accuracy. If you are not satisfied and decide that you want to return an item or exchange it for another one, repack it in its original shoebox and read the RMA Process below to contact us and for further details. We will do our best to help you with any questions or concerns you may have and issue a Return Authorization number if needed.
Also please take care not to write on or affix any tape or labels on the shoebox itself. Always place the shoebox in a separate shipping carton or shipping bag. We cannot accept returns of shoes with visible wear and tear. In case a returned item shows signs of visible wear and tear, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Products returned to Berrystyles.com within 30 days from the receipt/invoice date are eligible for a refund of the purchase price less shipping fees.
We offer free standard shipping on any order of $20 or more. This free shipping is considered a promotion that you can enjoy as long as you keep the item purchased. In case of returning the item, we will deduct actual cost of shipping from your refund.
We also offer free exchange (not free return): in case of exchange, we will send the exchange item out to you again at no extra shipping cost to you (free exchange), but the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item back to us in the first place.
Please follow the RMA Process below to obtain an RA# for your item before sending it back for a refund. Products returned after 30 days from the receipt/invoice date will be given store credit for the full purchase price of the item(s). Items returned that show signs of wear and tear, or are missing their shoebox or tags are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns are handled in the order they are received so please be patient as we get your RMA order processed and allow up to 10 business day to process your return. Also, please note that depending on your bank and the date of refund, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your card statment.
Refunds can only be issued back to the original method of payment. If you paid with a Paypal balance, your money will go back to your paypal account. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will appear on that credit card statement, and if you paid with a store credit/ or gift card you had with us, your refund will be back into a store credit/ gift certificate again.
We offer free exchanges for items returned within 30 days from the receipt/invoice date if you wish to get a different size/color/style. This means you will not have to pay for shipping again to get your replacement item sent out to you, however, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item back to us in the first place.
Please note that items returned for exchange should be in unused and original new condition, with the original shoebox and tags intact and with no signs of wear or tear on the item to be eligible for the free exchange.
If you would like to exchange your item that you have received within 30 days of your receipt/invoice date, you have 2 choices to proceed with your exchange:

Place a new order here on our website for the items you want to purchase instead. Your new order will ship out immediately once your payment is received/cleared and will be on it's way to you.
Return the original item(s) you have within 30 days from the receipt/invoice date and make sure to include the RMA # we issued to you as a reference for your return case.
Once the RMA item(s) have been received and processed through our warehouse, we will refund the original item in full including the original shipping charge, meaning you have effectively only paid once for shipping.

What are the advantages of opting for the Quick Exchange method over the Standard Exchange method to handle my exchange?
It's a matter of convenience and expediency. The timespan involved to complete the Standard Exchange process can be lengthy considering the transit times back and forth. And since our inventory levels are constantly changing, we can't hold items for exchange for any period of time, so we can't guarantee stock availability from the initial contact until the replacement is processed and sent out, or any backorder situations that may arise. So we recommend opting for the quick exchange method as a preferable way to get your replacement item locked in with a new order and have it ship out to you immediately, and your return(s) will be refunded in full back to your original payment method once received and processed in our warehouse.
You have up to 365 days to decide whether you are satisfied with your purchase from us. And you may return any currently selling item that has not been discontinued or marked for clearance anytime within 365 days from the purchase receipt/invoice date.

Clearance, Deal of the Day, Flash Sale, Discontinued, and Special Order Items:
Items sold or marked as clearance, clearance bin, deal of the day, flash sale, or have been discontinued are final sale and may not be returned for exchange or refund.
Also, custom ordered items obtained specifically for a customer's special request may not be returned for exchange or refund.
RMA Process :
Please click here to contact us and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to display on the outside of the shipping carton to help process your return accurately and expediently. When you contact us, please provide us your name and order number, the product in question, and the reason for the return request. We will respond via email with your RMA number. Please check your email inbox as well as your spam or junk mail folders in case you don't see our response in 2 days time. Once you have your RMA number, please include it on your shipment return label. Please take care not to write on or affix any tape or labels on the shoebox itself. Always place the shoebox in a separate shipping carton or shipping bag.
Please use a safe and reliable shipper (such as UPS/FedEX/USPS etc) to return the item(s) safely. We also recommend you insure your package as we cannot be held responsible for shipments lost or damaged by the shipping carrier during transit back to us.
Please make sure your shipping carton prominently displays the RMA #. Cartons not displaying a valid RMA # are subject to being refused. Return shipping charges are nonrefundable. We do not accept COD shipments or bill recipient packages.
Returns may only be credited back to the card/account used to make the original purchase. Gifts can be exchanged by the gift recipient for other items or may be credited back to the purchaser’s credit card. We cannot issue a refund to the gift recipient.
